365 Kids is a division of Janine Marie Photography and is an organization that will showcase your child's achievements and talents! Your child will gain experience through community service, and get the chance to experience modeling. If your child is selected, they will have a photo shoot based around their personality, and an interview of what their goals and dreams are. Each participating child will be showcased on our social media weekly and be in our 365 Showcase Gallery in December to benefit Operation Smile. Every child will have a chance to be spotlighted in the 365 kids calendar, and a chance to be a part of the H.A.E.F annual Fashion Show In January. All participants MUST fill out an application, and be willing to go through an interview. What a great way to start off the school year!!

I, the parent/guardian of the above named child, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, hereby irrevocably authorize to use photographs of me and
or my property and authorize Janine Marie Photography, him/(her/their and his/her/their assignees),
licensees, legal representatives and transferees to use and publish (with or
without my name, company name, or with a fictitious name) photographs, pictures,
portraits or images herein described in any and all forms and media and in all
manners including composite images or distorted representations, and the
purposes of publicity, illustration, commercial art, advertising, publishing
(including publishing in electronic form on CDs or internet websites), for any
product or services, or other lawful uses as may be determined by the
photographer or studio named hereof. I further waive any and all rights to review or approve any uses of the images, any written copy or finished product. I am of full legal age and have read and fully understand the terms of this release.
